John W. Desmarais Iii

John W. Desmarais III, 55, of Ash St. Willimantic, passed away Sunday Aug. 24, 2003 at the Windham Hospital. He was born July 26, 1948 in Willimantic the son of Virginia (Pasek) Desmarais of Willimantic and the late John Desmarais Jr. John Desmarais III was a man who loved life, loved his kids and loved being a father. He was proud of the path he chose for his life , and never once strayed. No matter what he did in his life, he did it right, right until the end. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son John Desmarais IV of Colchester, 3 daughters; Shannon Desmarais of Willimantic, Marcie Desmarais of E. Hartford and Lara Desmarais of Montana, 2 brothers; Ronald of Vermont and Gary of N. Windham and 2 grandchildren; Sierra Crespo and Xayvion Rodriguez. His family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:30pm with services at 7:30.
