Jennifer Lynn Archer

Jennifer Lynn (Steward) Archer, 37, of Willimantic, passed away peacefully on Thursday September 22, 2011. She had fought a hard and courageous battle against liver cancer, and won, only to be diagnosed one month ago with terminal brain cancer, unfortunately a fight she could not win this time. She was born on May 8, 1974 in Willimantic. She was predeceased by an infant daughter Amber Lynn Steward who died on November 6, 1999. She leaves behind two sons Timothy Austin Rhodus and Michael Riley Rhodus, her mother Linda M. Kowalski of Willimantic, her father Charles E. Steward of El Paso, TX, and a brother T.J. Steward of Storrs. She also leaves behind her best friend and care giver till the end James Ely of Willimantic. There are no calling hours. A private graveside service will be held at a later time.
