Jeanne E. Kolesnick

Jeanne Kolesnick, 84, formerly of Scotland, passed away on April 14, 2014 at the home of her daughter and son in law Debra and Gregory Dzialo. Her passing was peaceful. She suffered three plus years with us from severe dementia. She also leaves behind a daughter, Nancy Kay and four grandsons, Ross Moran, Colin Moran, Cole Whitehead and Chad Whitehead.
