Janice S. Edwards

Janice S. Edwards, 60, of Hampton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2009. She was born in Franklin, New Hampshire, the daughter of Margaret Gould of Florida and the late Chester Gould. She was the wife of the late Ralph Edwards Jr. She is survived by a son, Jeffrey Edwards of Pomfret, two daughters, Christina Koiva and Kimberly Strong of Hampton, two stepdaughters, Donna McCollum of Willimantic and Carol Kelly of Danielson, a stepson, James Edwards of East Lyme, a sister, Shirley Bucci of Hebron, a brother, Stanley Gould of Massachusetts, a sister, Donna Lewis of Utah and a brother, Robert Gould of Florida, 15 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Janice would like to thank one very special person, Carol Wenzloff, for being the absolute very best friend a person could ever be blessed with. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the South Cemetery, Hampton.
