Janet J. (Juhasz) Glode

Janet J. Glode, 77, of Storrs, CT, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2017 at Windham Community Memorial Hospital. She was born on October 9, 1939, daughter of the late Steve and Irene (Prokay) Juhasz. Janet was a retiree of Mansfield Public Schools in Mansfield, CT, having worked in several capacities in the elementary schools until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson. Janet is survived by a son, William S. Glode; a daughter Julie G. Alexander and her husband Kyle, and her grandson, Blake, all of whom reside in Storrs, CT. She was predeceased by her husband William C. Glode. Janet?s family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30am to 10:30am Tuesday August 15, 2017 at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson Street, (Rte. 195) Willimantic, with a graveside service at 11:00am at Woodward Cemetery, Ashford Center Road (Route 44) in Ashford.
