Jane E. Johnson, 82, of Willimantic, CT passed away at home on Sunday, April 26, 2020. She was born to the late Olivette (Rouette) and John F. Mellady. Jane graduated from Windham High School and retired from MSTS and the State of CT Department of Developmental Services. She loved yard sales and was known to many as “Grammy Jane”. Jane is survived by her children, Walter Wroblinski of Marlborough, CT, Dori Kelly of Newburyport, MA, Lori Wroblinski of Hebron, CT, Darlene Allen of Hampton, CT, Brad and Holly Johnson of Willimantic, CT, and Barry Johnson of Windham, CT; grandchildren Jennifer L. Denis of Enfield, CT, Steven Denis of Enfield, CT, Katie Bauckman of Scotland, CT, Jocelyn Clark of Willimantic, CT, and Lauren Johnson of Willimantic, CT; great-grandchildren Nathaniel Sinnott of Enfield, CT, Ethan and Oliver Denis of Enfield, CT, Charlotte and Alex Bauckman of Scotland, Ct; sister Carol Merchant and brother-in-law Donald Merchant of South Windham, CT; sister-in-law Claire Mellady of Columbia, CT; and brother-in-law Roland Reynold of Coventry, CT. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son John A. Johnson and her siblings John Mellady, Robert Mellady, Raymond Mellady, Ruth Reynolds, and Richard Mellady. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
