James D. Cote

James "Jimmy" David Cote , born October 24, 1958, passed away Sunday morning June 7, 2009 at his home in Willimantic, due to complications from cancer. Jimmy was born in Stafford Springs, CT and resided most of his life in Willimantic. He spent his life working as a handyman, helping and contributing his time to doing things for many people. Whenever someone needed help he was there! He was a happy man, and a big jokester always trying to make people laugh. Jimmy is survived by his parents Dolan and Jeanne Cote of Mansfield, five sisters Sandra Cote, Susan Cote Plefka, Linda Cote, Christina Cote, and Carol Cote Spreng; four brothers Jeffery Cote, Donald Cote, Dolan Cote and Ronnie Cote; two brothers in law James Flynn and Thomas Flynn; two children Ashley Earl, and Joshua Earl of Maine and many nieces, nephews and friends. He will be sorely missed and remembered always. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am in St. Joseph Cemetery, Club Rd., Windham.
