James O. Barrett

James O. Barrett, 74, of West Willington, passed away Friday, October 4, 2013 at his home. He was born December 14, 1939 in Meriden, the son of the late Wesley E. and Ella (Roberts) Barrett of Middletown. Prior to his retirement he was employed for 28 years as a herdsman for the University of Connecticut. He is survived by his brother Wesley E. Barrett of Misquamicut, RI, Rodney Barrett of Hollywood, FL, Warren Barrett of Port Angeles, WA and Jeffrey Barrett of Perry, GA, also his sister, Sandra Hoffman of Thomaston, CT. A graveside service will be held Friday, October 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the New Lebanon Cemetery, Waterman Rd., Lebanon. There are no calling hours.
