J. William Tandetzke

J. William Tandetzke, 71, of Scotland, husband of Rita (Gauthier) Tandetzke, died Saturday December 1, 2001 in Norwichtown after a long illness. He was born May 19, 1930 in Hartford, the son of William and Caroline (Morneault) Tandetzke and had lived in Scotland for the past 42 years. Prior to his retirement he was employed for 34 years as an electrical engineer for Northeast Utilities. Mr. Tandetzke was a life member of the Elks. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Tina Tandetzke Gauthier of Norwich, a son and daughter-in-law Jeff and Denise Tandetzke of Scotland, a grandson Austin James Tandetzke of Scotland, a niece and a nephew in California. Funeral services will be private with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. There are no calling hours.
