Ivare Jones III Obituary
Ivare D. Jones, 53, of Windham CT, passed away in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loved ones and his ever-present English Bulldog companion Arthur, on Sunday, May 24th, 2020.
He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Doreen Jones; his mother, Shirley Ezis; his stepdaughter, Alexandra Wibby; his grandchildren, Julian and Abigail; and his aunt and uncle, George and Kathy Delude.
Ivare was predeceased by his father, Ivare Dell Jones Jr.
Some of Ivare's favorite things in life included riding his Harley- Davidson Fat Boy, driving his 1973 Corvette, and owning and operating I.D.J Trucking, where he met the first love of his life, his beautiful dump truck.
Ivare had the most wonderful sense of humor and was a best friend to so many. He was known for his pure honesty. Anyone fortunate enough to call Ivare a friend, knew that he would always tell you exactly what was on his mind, good or bad.
Although the final years of Ivare's life were difficult, he sincerely enjoyed every moment spent with his true love, Doreen, and their wrinkly fur-son, Arthur.
In true Ivare spirit, a celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family.
