Henry Faeth

Henry Faeth, 95, of Mansfield Center, died Friday, December 1, 2006 in Manchester. He was born December 19, 1910, the son of Francis and Margaret Faeth and had lived in Mansfield most of his life. He was a graduate of Yale University and a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving in the European Theatre during World War II. He enjoyed gardening, reading and photography. Henry loved to walk everywhere and many will remember him for his nearly daily walks between his home in Mansfield and Willimantic. He will be remembered as a very giving man. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence Cemetery, 280 Derby Ave., Rte. 34, West Haven. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church Campership Fund, 945 Storrs Rd., Storrs, CT 06268. Arrangements are through the Potter Funeral Home, Willimantic.
