Helen D. Garrison

Helen D. Garrison, 82, of Chaplin, widow of William D. Garrison, died Thursday February, 28, 2002 in Windham. She was born July 22, 1919 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of John and Mary (Paskevich) Didwalis and had lived in Chaplin since 1936. She was a member of the Chaplin Congregational Church and the Chaplin Senior Citizens. She is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Sandra Garrison of Chaplin, Donald and Jean Garrison of Franklin, James and Lauren Garrison of Lake Worth, FL, 20 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Carol Norwood. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services and burial will be at a later date.
