Hazel H. Bhlaer

Hazel H. Bhlaer, 81, of Willimantic, wife of the late Rhobart Z. Bhlaer, died Sunday, March 5, 2006 in Windham. She was born May 8, 1924 n Lowell, MA, the daughter of Joseph and Annette (Ducharme) Frappier and had lived in Willimantic most of her life where she was a member of the Christian Life Assembly of God. She was employed as a home companion in the Willimantic area. She is survived by 2 sons, Ronald R. Lussier of Danielson and Roberly H. Bhlaer of Putnam, 3 brothers, Robert Frappier of Mannassas, VA, Joseph Frappier of Willimantic and Richard Frappier of Mansfield Center, 3 sisters, Solange Frappier of Gulf Port, MS, Lorraine Randazzo of Newington, and Margaret Tanguay of St. Petersburg Beach, FL, 3 grandsons, a great grandson, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Frappier. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the Christian Fellowship Assembly of God in April on a day and time to be announced.
