Harry A. Wallace

Harry Wallace, 90, of Mansfield Center, husband of the late Gail (Mather) Wallace, died Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Windham Hospital. He graduated from Holyoke High School in 1948. After high school, he served in the United States Navy from 1950 to 1976 as a Navy Seal. Harry worked as a EOD (explosion ordinance disposal) and a CT Transit Bus Driver/Driver Trainer from 1980 to 2003. He also enjoyed going to Newport Jazz Festival and going to the casino. Harry is survived by two sons, Michael J. McDonald and his wife Ericka and Paul McDonald and his wife Mariel; grandchildren, Kayla McDonald, Evan McDonald, and Maia McDonald. Harry?s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday January 17, 2019 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic.
