Grace (Donihee) Wrana

Grace (Donihee) Wrana, 82 of North Windham, wife of the late John Wrana, Jr. died Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at St. Joseph's Living Center surrounded by her family. She was born March 5, 1935 in Fort Covington, New York the daughter of the late Henry and Elmira (Cramer) Donihee. Grace was a proud homemaker, loving mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. Grace enjoyed camping, QVC, watching UConn and Patriot games and most of all spending time with her family. She is survived by three daughters, Kim Luberto and her husband Peter, Kathy Lank and Lisa Merced; two sons, John Wrana III and his wife Cindy and Jeffrey Wrana Sr. and his wife Katherine; 11 grandchildren, Angela and Ryan Luberto, Stacy O'Neill, Sara Wright, Alicia Barber and Myralynn Cunningham, John Wrana IV, Jessica and Jeffrey Wrana, Jr., Alex and Adam Merced; 12 great grandchildren, Michael, Virginia, Makenzie, Jack, Kyleigh, James, Josalynn, Gracie, Makenna, Hadleigh, Grayden and Hunter and she was predeceased by her granddaughter Katie Lank. She leaves two sisters Jeanann Delton and Jane Simienski and brother Tony Demasterantonio. She also leaves her godson Richard Wrana, Jr. and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers Patrick Donihee, Jack Donihee, Gary Donihee and two sisters Sally McMahon and Joan Hodder. Her family will receive relatives and friends at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Route 195) Willimantic,CT on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 10-12 PM with a service following at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the MS Society, 659 Tower Ave 1st Floor, Hartford CT 06112. Grace's family would like to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Saint Joseph's Living Center staff for their professionalism, care, love and compassion given to Grace and her family.
