Gloria D. Bergmann

Gloria D. (Keane) Bergmann R.N., 62, of North Windham, wife of David Bergmann died Tuesday July 20, 2010 at home with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Stephen and Victoria (Balser) Keane. Gloria worked many years as a registered nurse. She was a member of the Willimantic Lions. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and dogs Murphy, Sandy, Jones and grand dog Darren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter Dianna Hyland and her husband Jason, two brothers John Sharpe Jr. and Stephen Keane. There are no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday July 25th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm at the Elks Lodge Victorian Room, 198 Pleasant Street, Willimantic. A special tribute and remembrances will be from 2:00pm-2:30pm. Guests are encouraged to dress casually; Caribbean/Hawaiian attire recommended.
