Gizella "Grace" Westlake

Gizella "Grace" Westlake (nAC.e Dudas) died peacefully of Alzheimer's disease on August 19, 2011 at the age of 92 in Storrs, CT. She was born on July 21, 1919 in Perth Amboy. She moved to Fords in 1945 upon her marriage to Vincent F. Westlake. She lived in Fords until 2007 when she moved to Connecticut. She was a licensed beautician and taught Beauty Culture at the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High School in Woodbridge both as a full time and substitute teacher. She was active in Our Lady of Hungary Roman Catholic Church in both the Choir and the Altar Rosary Society. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Vincent, her son David and daughter-in-law Nanci, both of Mansfield Center, CT and her sister, Mary Faust of Virginia Beach, VA. She was predeceased by her sisters Helen Dudash, Elsie Malopolski, Irene Bodo and two brothers, Michael Dudas and Steve Dudash. Her Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM September 17th 2011 at Our Lady of Hungary Church, 697 Cortland Street, Perth Amboy, NJ followed by interment at Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery on New Brunswick Avenue in Hopelawn.
