George A. Paulhus Sr

George A. Paulhus Sr., 89, of Willimantic, husband of the late Evelyn (Barrett) Paulhus, died Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Windham Hospital. He was born January 22, 1921 in Willimantic, the son of Joseph and Marie (Levesque) Paulhus and had lived in Willimantic all his life. He was a U. S. Army Air Corps veteran and retired from the Town of Windham after more than 20 years employment. He is survived by two sons, George Paulhus Jr. and his wife Dorothy M. Paulhus of Willimantic, Henry Paulhus, also of Willimantic, two sisters, Gertrude Kozin of Mansfield and Loretto Kuchinsky of Willimantic, two grandchildren, five great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. There will be an assembly at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. prior to the procession to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church in Willimantic.
