Gary Obsharsky

Gary Obsharsky, 59, of North Windham, passed away in his home Sunday June 14, 2009. He was born May 7, 1950 to John Obsharsky and the late Pat Obsharsky. Gary dedicated 25 years as a Quality Control Inspector to Cable Technology of Willington. He loved being outdoors hunting, fishing and playing baseball. His passion for music brought him to the original Woodstock of 69' and could be heard through him playing his guitar. He also enjoyed photography and drawing as well as being a diehard Yankees and Men's UConn Basketball fan. Brother to the late Mark Obsharsky, he is survived by his sister Paula Kukovich, his son and daughter-in-law Christopher and Traci Obsharsky; son and daughter-in-law Steven and Angela Obsharsky; granddaughter Kaytlin Obsharsky as well as his niece Heather Obsharsky and nephew Doug Obsharsky. Gary will truly be missed and always be remembered. There will be no calling hours or funeral service held. A memorial service will be held at the family's discretion on a later date.
