Frederick A. Wirth

Frederick A. Wirth, 62, of Jupiter, Fla. and Hoboken, N.J., died Nov. 15, 2001 at St. Mary s Hospital in Hoboken. He was a graduate of Central CT. State College. Fred taught school in West Hartford, Stratford, and Greenwich had been the President of the Greenwich Teacher s Assoc. He was an Executive Director of the Hartford YMCA and director of YMCA Camp Woodstock. Until his death, Fred was the Manager of Service Measurement and Revenue Protection for the entire AMTRAK Rail Corp. System. He is survived by his father Frederick W. Wirth, his sister and brother in law Susan and Norman Hyer and his niece Kinsley Hyer all of Columbia. The funeral service will be private with burial in the West St. Cemetery, Columbia. There are no calling hours.
