Frank Schatz

Frank Schatz, of Norwich, who was born on Feb. 7, 1956, passed away Friday Oct. 16, 2009 after a short battle with cancer, at the age of 53. He was predeceased by his parents Alfred Fredrick Schatz Sr. and Ann Theresa Phelan Schatz; two brothers Robert and Louis and a sister Frances. He is survived by his fiancAC.e Renee Ysordia of New London, a son Christopher Lee Schatz of Southington and his fiancAC.e Erin Greaves; a grandson Haiden James Schatz, four brothers, Fred, Ed, George and Richard all of CT; four sisters, Dorothy Wolters and Elizabeth Finger both of Minnesota, Patricia Geraci of Norwich and Kathleen Shea of Lisbon; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was an avid fisherman, NASCAR lover and loved music and dancing Frank, you will be forever loved and remembered but you are already missed. We love you. The family would like to deeply thank Walter Makara for his life long friendship to Frankie. His family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday Oct. 21st between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic.
