Frances M Kilgus

Frances M. Kilgus, 77, of Willimantic, widow of Frederick Kilgus, died Friday November 29, 2002 at her home. She was born September 6, 1925 in Bronx, New York the daughter of the late Thomas and Frances (Nickolaus) Tully and had lived in Willimantic since 1957. Prior to her retirement in 1985 she was employed for many years at the American Thread Company in Willimantic. Mrs. Kilgus was extremely dedicated to her family. She is survived by 5 children and their spouses, Karen and Robert Olson of Windham Center, Lawrence and Deborah Kilgus of Willimantic, Frederick and Elaine Kilgus of Mansfield Center, Theresa and Peter Tourigny of Loveland, CO, Donna and Richard Taylor of Salem, a brother, Walter Tully of Edmond, OK, a sister, Madeline Tully of Willimantic, 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, many nieces and nephews. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic on Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the procession to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Willimantic. Burial will follow in the New Willimantic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
