Frances was born on July 7, 1916 in Windham, VT and moved to CT in the 1930's, where she has resided ever since. She is survived by her 3 children; Betty Gates, Ann Johnson, and Carleton Lieser, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters. Frances was an active member of the Chaplin Senior Center and her community. Her memorial service will be held Saturday June 6, 2015 at 11:00am at the Chaplin Congregational Church, 43 Chaplin St, Chaplin, CT.
