Fernande Rivard Obituary
Fernande “Nan” Rivard of Mt. Pleasant, SC (formerly of Willimantic, CT and Green Hill Beach, RI) passed into eternal rest on September 15, 2020.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Evelyn Vertefeiulle of Willimantic, CT and loving wife of the late Edward Rivard of Willimantic, CT.
She is survived by her son, Richard Rivard of Charleston, SC, Granddaughters; Karen Keating (Greg) of Daniel Island, SC and Susan Wertheim (Charles), of Reston, VA, Great grandchildren; Sydney Keating, Morgan Rogers, Taylor Wertheim, Connor Keating, and Anna Rogers, and beloved, Goddaughter Charlene Ingham.
Family and friends will have a viewing at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Willimantic, CT 06226 on September 23, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a graveside service at St. Joseph Cemetery, Club Road Willimantic, CT, at 11:30 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
