Felix Estremera Sr., 90, of Mansfield Center, Connecticut, passed away on November 23, 2025.
Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, Felix later moved to Brooklyn, New York to pursue a professional boxing career. After retiring from the ring, he dedicated himself to craftsmanship, becoming a skilled finish carpenter and eventually opening his own furniture shop in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Felix loved exploring the city, discovering new places, and taking in the world around him. He was a reserved man at first glance, but those who truly knew him quickly learned how funny, sharp, and warm-hearted he could be.
He is survived by his children Antonio, Noemi, Alberto, Jose, Felix Jr., and Mildred; his grandchildren Joseph, Kaylee, Nayeli, Madison, and Lucas; and his loving wife, Fausta lanzo.
Felix’s life was one of quiet strength, dedication, and character. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
