Emma K. Pilecki, 87, of North Franklin, CT, passed away peacefully in her home Sunday, October 9, 2016. She was born in North Franklin, CT to the late Olin and Elsie Maine Wilson. Emma worked for Electromotive in Willimantic for 20 years as well as the Norwich State Hospital for 25 years. She was involved in many things, Red Hat Foundation, (DAR) Daughter of the American Revolution and the 50 Plus Singles Dance, just to name a few. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Emma was survived by her senior companion, Robert Fuller; daughters, Claudine Iworsley and Harriet Ziolko; grandchildren, Wayne Rajewski, Charity Lee, Destiny Ziolko, Juleah Ziolko and Elton Ziolko; sister in law, Helen T. Card as well as many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, cousins nieces and nephews. She was pre deceased by her first husband, Elton Thompson; second husband Joseph Pilecki and her brother Nate Cushman. Family will receive relatives and friends, Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT. A Graveside Service will be Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11 AM in the Windham Center Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Alzheimers Association 225 N.
