Elizabeth Perry Obituary
Elizabeth Perry, 86, of Willington, CT peacefully passed away,  September 9, 2020.  Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all.
Elizabeth was born in Dartmouth, MA. on May 14, 1934, to the late Albert Dakin Tilton and Sarah E Allen Tilton.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Leonard Perry and loved brother Albert A. Tilton. She is survived by her children, Enola Wagner, Darlene Perry, Leonard M. Perry and Diana Perry-Walsh, Grandchildren: Jamie and Amanda Zaushny, Melissa Chick, Amy Avery , Jennifer Fagan Johnson, and Gary Fagan, and 9 Great Grandchildren: Alexis, Fenton, Thames, Devon, Zoey, Liam, Emma, Dave Jr., and Gwen.
Elizabeth moved with Leonard to Vernon CT for a few years before moving to Willington CT in 1968 where she resided for 50 years raising her family.  To the end she was spunky, graceful, funny & honest. Always known to be hard working, dependable and direct.  Elizabeth was always there for anyone that needed her and stayed friends with those she worked with for many years.  She was a proud member of the Willington Fire Dept Auxiliary for many years, and retired from Superior Ambulance as a driver, EMT, and dispatcher.  Elizabeth loved her gardens, loved nurturing her plants and 2 pups, Maxie and Katie. She is smiling down on us with her parents, brother, beloved husband and Georgianna Forest her best friend of 60 years.
There will be a small graveside Celebration of Life held at the Willington Hill Cemetery on Sept 25th at 2pm. Flowers may be sent directly to Willington Hill Cemetery on this day.
