Elizabeth M. Durnik

Elizabeth M. Durnik, 82, of Franklin, widow of Alexander Durnik, passed away Sunday October 31, 2004 at the Windham Hospital. She was born November 17, 1921 in Columbia and had lived in Franklin most of her life. She is survived by 3 children and their spouses, Kathy and Taras Tuczkewycz of Columbia, Dan and Anita Durnik of Lebanon, Marilyn and Roberto Suarez of Lebanon, a sister, Isabelle Brisson of Central Village, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Plains Cemetery, Plains Rd. Franklin. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Eastern CT, 34 Ledgebrook Dr. Mansfield Center, CT 06250. Arrangements are through the Potter Funeral Home, Willimantic.
