Eleanor C. Hall, 85, of Mansfield Center, widow of Walter Hall, died Monday evening April 11, 2005 at Douglas Manor in Windham. She was born Jan. 13, 1920 in Westerly, R.I. the daughter of Charles and Eleanor (Ensinger) Coon. Eleanor received her education in the Windham school system. She had been employed by the Willimantic Trust Co., the H.C. Murray Co. (The Boston Store) and retired after 25 years from the Connecticut Bank and Trust Co. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Edward and Judy Hall of Mansfield Center, a sister Mary Lee Bradley of Bellingham, MA., a grandson and his wife, Eric and Holly Hall of Mansfield Center and her 3 cherished great grandchildren, Arin, Julia and Scott. Eleanor was predeceased by 2 brothers, Edward and Charles Coon and a sister Fanny Higgins. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Thursday between 6:00 and 8:00pm. Her Funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00pm at the Christian Life Assembly, 143 Windham Rd. Willimantic with burial following in the Mansfield Center Cemetery.
