Edward Moran Obituary
Edward M. Moran, 69, residing in Bethlehem, PA, and formerly of Willimantic, CT, passed away in his home with his family by his side on Saturday, October 29, 2022 after a battle with liver cancer. He was born December 23, 1952 in Willimantic, CT, the son of the late Edward and Catherine (Bombria) Moran. Ed was married to his beloved wife, Lynn (Drouin) Moran for over 48 years. He lived life for the love of his family, his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Ed had many hobbies and was a master of tinkering and creating. He could find a way to fix anything. Ed loved spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren driving to karate lessons, dance classes and simply playing cards and making memories at home. Throughout his life he found joy in fishing with his extended family. Later finding joy in playing golf and loved hitting the green with his friends Johnny Pacheco and Lenny Denomme. In addition to his wife Lynn, Ed is survived by two daughters, Kristina (Moran) DalPont and Jessica Moran; grandchildren Zachary and Madelyn; siblings, sister Linda (Spencer) Adams, sister Susan (Walter) Goettlich, brother Robert (Janet) Moran; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters Ellen Noheimer and Eileen Ossen.

Calling hours will be on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Willimantic. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 10:30am at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic.
