Edward L. Haddad

Edward L. Haddad 91, a longtime Coventry and Storrs resident, died Tuesday Feb. 26, 2002 at the W.W. Backus Hospital in Norwich after a brief illness. He was born Oct. 8, 1910 in Willimantic the son of Alexander and Lulu Haddad. He was predeceased by his wife Virginia (Bonney) Haddad who died on Feb. 6, 2001. He is survived by 2 sons: Edward A. Haddad or Orlando, Fla., and Thomas Haddad of Whitefield, ME., 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am with the Rev. Dr. Bruce Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the New Willimantic Cemetery. His family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
