Edna I. Beltran, 40, of Windham, wife of Edwin Beltran, died Friday June 16, 2006 at the Windham Hospital. She was born December 16, 1965 in Salinas, Puerto Rico and had lived in Windham most of her life. She was employed for many years as a Case Manager for Windham Regional Community Council where she strove to improve the lives of her clients. She was a loving, caring and happy spirited person devoted to her work and family. In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Mariliz DeJesus, Mayra Beltran and Edwin Beltran Jr. all of Willimantic, 2 grandchildren, her father Serafin Pabon, her stepfather, Alkimides Merced, many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the New Willimantic Cemetery.
