Eddie Rodriguez

Eddie Rodriguez, 27, of Willimantic, passed away on February 25, 2011 in a tragic bicycle versus truck accident on Frog Bridge in Willimantic. He was born June 23, 1983 in Windham Hospital. Eddie was a very funny, caring and loving person. He will forever be in our hearts and minds. He was a loving son, brother, boyfriend, father and uncle. He was very close to his family and friends. Eddie loved 80's free-style music and was a great dance partner. He was taken from all of us way to early. He will be missed and loved. Eddie is survived by his mother Elba Iris Lisboa, father Rafael Rodriguez Sr., step-father Max Charbonneau, brothers Edwin Lisboa, Rafael Rodriguez Jr. and his wife Heather, and the youngest brother Dillian Rodriguez; sister Stephanie Rodriguez and her fiance Manuel Ferrer; girlfriend Kimberly Becker and his two year old daughter Julianna Rodriguez whom he will be watching carefully from heaven. He also leaves twelve nieces and nephews and his grandmothers. Eddie may be gone from us now but he will always be remembered and never forgotten. His family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday March 2nd between 6:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00am at Iglesia Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, Club Rd., Windham, with assembly at the church. Interment will follow in New Willimantic Cemetery.
