Earl W. Clark

Earl W. Clark, 87, of Mansfield, beloved husband of Doris (Handfield) Clark, passed away peacefully, Friday, May 6, 2011 at St. Joseph Living Center after an extended period of failing health. Born in Coventry, April 21, 1924, he was the son of the late William and Gertrude Clark. Earl was in the Navy during World War II. Prior to his retirement, Earl worked for Windham Hospital, Electro-Motive and the American Screw Company. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sister, Carolyn Boyd of Bolton and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Kenneth Clark, his brothers-in-law, George Deschene, Francis Handfield and Robert Handfield and sister-in-law, Helen Deschene. Private burial will be held at a later date. There are no calling hours.
