Dorothy A. Wilkinson

Dorothy Ann (Hayes) Wilkinson, better known as Dottie, 75, was born on March 1st, 1939 in New York, NY. She passed away peacefully Wednesday March 26, 2014, with her loving family by her side after a courageous and a hard fought battle with illness. She is predeceased by her son Thomas Ferrer and is survived by her husband Thomas Wilkinson, her 3 loving children Robert and Steven Wilkinson, Linda Shaia and her son-in-law Michael Shaia. She is also survived by many grandchildren. All who were fortunate enough to spend time with her. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday March 30, 2014 from 2-4pm at Potter's Funeral home, 456 Jackson Street, Willimantic CT 06226. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Salvation Army and/or Good Will.
