Dorothy Janet Lauritzen, 79 of Storrs, CT passed away on January 30, 2024. She was born March 28, 1944 in Colorado Springs, CO to the late Jack and Alice Pottenger.
She was predeceased in death by her husband Robert A. Lauritzen, her sister Evelyn, and her brothers Richard, Donald, and Clifford.
Dorothy is survived by her children Jane (Lester) Sjoblom of Arkansas, Teresa (Richard) Ouellette of North Dakota, and William Lauritzen and his girlfriend Julie Sawyer of Connecticut, grandchildren Victor, Simona, Arianna, Seth and Luke, and 2 great grandchildren, Reece and Finley.
There are no calling hours. Her services will be at the convenience of her family.
