Dorothy Krug

Dorothy (Monahan) Krug, 85, of Willimantic, wife of 19 years of the late Irwin I. Krug, died Tuesday Sept. 28, 2004 in Burlington, VT. She was born March 10, 1919 in Willimantic the daughter of Michael and Katherine (Owens) Monahan. Dorothy had been employed as a legal secretary for many years in Willimantic and was a communicant of St. Joseph Church. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Thomas A. and Carolyn Krug of Essex Junction, VT., 3 grandchildren, Kathryn, Mary and Mickey, 2 sisters, Mary O. Robert and Margaret M. Carlsen both of Willimantic and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 sisters, Catherine Witek and Anne Marie Monahan and a brother Tom Monahan. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30am prior to her 11:00am Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic.
