Doris A Pelechatz

Doris A. Pelechatz, 90, of Norwich, widow of John Pelechatz, died Tuesday September 18, 2001 in Norwich. She was born January 16, 1911 in South Willington, daughter of Herbert and Florence (Dean) Allen and had lived in Willimantic most of her life before moving to Norwich in 1973. She was employed for 17 years at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford prior to her retirement. She is survived by a son, John Pelechatz of Titusville, FL, a daughter, Patricia Pelechatz of Norwich, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 29th at 10 a.m. in the Old Willimantic Cemetery, Main Street, Willimantic. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Guide Inc. 186 Laurel Ave.,, Norwich, CT 06360. The Potter Funeral Home, Willimantic is in charge of arrangements.
