Doris Lund

Doris Lund, 97, of Columbia, widow of Walter Lund, died Thursday April 22, 2004 in Windham. She was born October 23, 1906 in Willimantic, the daughter of William and Delia (Lowden) Allen and had lived in Columbia for many years. Prior to her retirement she was employed for many years as a teacher in the Manchester School System. She is the last of her immediate family. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 1:30 pm in the Windham Center Cemetery, Rte. 203, Windham. There are no calling hours. The Potter Funeral Home, Willimantic is in charge of arrangements.
