Doris I. Duckett

Doris I. Duckett, 80, of Willimantic, died Thursday September 18, 2003 at the Windham Hospital. She was born September 18, 1923 in Fall River, MA, the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Mary (Kelly) Duckett. Prior to her retirement she was employed for many years at the University of Connecticut. She is survived by a nephew, Milton Wrobleski and his wife Dorothy of Mansfield Center, 2 nieces, Marilyn Stapleton and her husband Maurice of Willington, Sister Margaret Wrobleski RSM of East Providence, RI, 2 grandnieces, 2 grandnephews, 2 great grandnieces and 3 great grandnephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Elsie Wrobleski. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Monday at 10:15 a.m. prior to the procession to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Willimantic.
