Her siblings, Kelly Bartlett, James Bartlett Jr., and Kris Bartlett, grew up alongside her, sharing in the joys and challenges of life. Dona was a proud graduate of Rockville High School and furthered her education at Manchester Community College, where she embraced learning with enthusiasm and determination.
Professionally, Dona dedicated 20 years of her life as a Healthcare Aide with the State of Connecticut, a role that showcased her innate kindness and desire to help others.
