Dolan Joseph Cote

Dolan J. Cote, 85, of Storrs, husband of the late Jeanne Cote, who died March 13, 2013, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in Willimantic. He was born March 20, 1928 in Grand Isle, ME and had lived in the Windham area most of his life. Prior to his retirement, he was employed at Electric Boat in Groton for 11 years. He is survived by 10 children; Dolan Cote Jr. and his wife Teresa, twins Donald,his wife Kim Smith, Ronald Cote, Carol Spreng, Linda Cote, Sandra Cote and her husband James Flynn, Jeffrey Cote, Bill Brown, Christina Cote and her husband Mike Windsor, Susan Plefka and her husband John, thirteen grandchildren; Jamie and Melinda Cote, Hannah Cote, Corey Fletcher, Justin Saucier and Crystal Desrosiers, Tiffenny Twerdy and Carl Twerdy, Cortney Roche, Ashley and Joshua Earl, Kelsey Bozsum and Jordan Plefka and nine great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, James Cote and one granddaughter, Chantel Wild-Cote. His family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday April 21st from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the American Legion Post 19, 339 Bricktop Rd. (Rte. 14) Windham. Funeral and burial will be private.
