Dennis P. Hartigan a local artist known as Denny to his family and friends, passed away unexpectedly on October 1, 2021 at age of 69. Denny was born on December 31st, 1951 in Hollywood, California. Throughout his life, he traveled extensively; living in Idaho, Hawaii, Oregon, New York, and finally settling in Connecticut. Denny will be missed dearly by his family, friends, and the many people he selflessly helped and supported throughout his life. Denny leaves behind his older sister Bridget, his brother-in-law Antonio, and his nieces and nephews Timmy, Matthew, Gretchen, Gabe, and Giselle. A Memorial Service for Denny will be held on Saturday, October 16th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Parish House Auditorium, 2nd floor, Storrs Congregational Church, 2 North Eagleville Road, Storrs, Connecticut. Masks are required.
