Dawn Michell Lester

Dawn Michell Lester, 29, of 165 Cameo Dr. Willimantic, died Friday Dec. 31, 2004 at her home. She was born May 15, 1975 in Woodbridge, VA. to Molly Giles and Charles I. Cooper Jr. Dawn struggled her whole life with cystic fibrosis which ultimately led to her death. She and her mother moved to CT. in 1979 spending most of their time in Windham County residing for the last 8 years at Cameo Dr. She attended Windham Public Schools and also attended Manchester Community College for a year. Dawn is survived by her mother Molly Giles of Willimantic, 3 siblings, her oldest brother Ronald Lee Lester Fontaine of Plainfield, her older sister Billie Jo Lester Fontaine of New York and Nathan Wayne Corriveau of Willimantic, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, her grandmother and her godchild Nicholas Meakem. There will be no funeral service. Dawn will be cremated and there will be a gathering at her home for family and close friends on Wednesday Jan. 5 between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.
