David Goss Obituary
David J. Goss 82, passed away at Hartford Hospital, Thursday, July 9, 2020 with family at his bedside. He was born on February 2, 1938 in Portland, Maine.
David was predeceased by his daughter Shari, parents Clarence and Albertine Goss, sisters Irene and Linda, and a brother, James. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty Goss, sons Jeffrey, Lawrence, James, David John (Tiffany) and daughters Tina and Dawn (Andy), 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
David was a past President of the North Windham Fire Department and a member of IBEW for 50 years. He loved spending time with family and friends and being at the racetrack.
“He will be missed.”
A graveside service will be observed on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 11am at St. Joseph Cemetery, Club Road, Willimantic, CT. There will be a gathering after the service at the North Windham Fire Department.
