D. Joshua Calderwood

D. Joshua Calderwood, 28, of Scotland, died Tuesday April 15, 2003 in Windham. He was born October 3, 1974 in Willimantic, the son of Daniel P. and Patricia (Banks) Calderwood of Scotland. He graduated from the automotive program of Ellis Regional Technical School. He was employed as a carpenter and was a member of Carpenter's Union Local #24. In addition to his parents he is survived by a son, Devan Calderwood of Putnam, 4 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law, Cher and Jacques Desautels of Chaplin, Barbra L. Calderwood of Windham Center, Trixie and Jon McKeown of Coventry, Kimberly Calderwood of Scotland, his maternal grandparents Calvin and Marjorie Banks of Hertford, NC, 2 nieces and a nephew. A memorial service will be held Saturday April 19, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Christian Fellowship Church, Rte. 97, Scotland. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Teen Challenge of New Haven Inc., 60 Atwater St., New Haven, CT 06512-4765.
