Crucie Cookie (Giordano) Tellier, 88, of Windham, died Wednesday Oct. 12, 2005 at Douglas Manor. She was born June 3, 1917 in Willimantic the daughter of Vincenzo and Angelina (Gallina) Giordano. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church. She was predeceased by her husband Henry Tellier Sr. and her sisters Anna Vertefeuille and Angie Ames. She is survived by 2 sons and daughters in law, Kenneth and Marie Tellier of S. Windham and Henry and Janet Tellier Jr. of N. Windham and a daughter and son in law Albina and John Lewis II of Farmington. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Cookie worked for years at Electro-Motive Manufacturing Co. She loved cooking for her family and caring for her children and grandchildren. She was an avid gardener and loved to work outside with her husband Henry. She also loved to sew and spent many hours doing projects for her family. She also donated many of her projects to help raise money for Windham Center P.T.O. She will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege to know and love her. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and close friend Dorothy Meier. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Saturday between 8:30 and 9:30am prior to her 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic.
