Claudia P. Walter

Claudia P. Walter, 57, of Ashford, widow of Norbert Walter, died Thursday February 20, 2003 at her home. She was born January 21, 1946 in New Britain, the daughter of the late Charles and Anne (Esposito) Paolillo and had lived in Mansfield for many years before moving to Ashford 4 years ago. Claudia was an active member of St. Phillip the Apostle Church in Ashford. She is survived by 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Andrea and Garth Bean of Ashford, Dana and Jerry Robinson of Pomfret Center, 2 grandchildren, Brittney and Joshua Robinson. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte.195) Willimantic on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Phillip the Apostle Church, Rte. 44 Ashford with assembly at the church. Burial will follow in the Mansfield Center Cemetery, Mansfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, P. O. Box 31160, Hartford, CT 06150-1160.
