Clara E. (Porter) Hall, 88, of Hebron, widow of J. Alton Hall, passed away Friday February 7, 2003 in Colchester. She was born May 25, 1914 in Hebron, the daughter of Elihue and Flora (Williams) Porter. She was a homemaker and also a licensed practical nurse employed at the Windham Hospital for 25 years. She is survived by 4 daughters, Gladys Mott (David) of Hebron, Dolores Erickson (James Horrigan) of Abescon, NJ, Marjorie Johnson (David) of Marlborough, Joyce Jetter (William) of Hebron, 9 grandchildren, April Mott, Sherry Sauer, Michele Ryan, Marshall Mott, Monique Yachimiak, Marcelle Brown, Shannon Erickson, Shawn Johnson, Kelly Johnson, 7 great grandchildren, Josh Ryan, Shelby Ryan, Brandon Scott, Jillian Conte, Joseph Brown, David Brown and Mickey Emons, many nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was predeceased by a daughter Mary (Hall) Franson, a grandson Dean Erickson, 2 brothers, Everett and Marshall Porter, 3 sisters, Margurite Porter, Lucille Jones and Marion Fracchia. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in the New Hebron Cemetery in the spring. There are no calling hours.
