Charles "Chuck" Sundquist

It is with great sadness we announce the death of Charles "Chuck" Sundquist on September 28, 2012 in Storrs, Connecticut. Chuck was born August 8, 1961 in McVille, North Dakota to Doris (Zabel) and Wallace F. Sundquist. He grew up and graduated from high school in Binford, North Dakota. Chuck received his Bachelor's Degree from Valley City State College in North Dakota at attended grad school at University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and University of Connecticut in Storrs. He taught High School English in Max, North Dakota he has spent the last 15 years working for Residential Life at UConn, and was much loved by students and staff. The great pride and joy of his life was his son, Zachary, and his daughter, Madison, both of Storrs, CT. Along with his children, he is survived by his brothers and sisters: Mary (Jerry) Bristol of Des Moines, Iowa, Jeanine (Mike) Barclay and Mike Sundquist of Fargo ND, Denise (Wayne) Tenneson of Halstad MN; and by the mother of his children, Dr. Sally Neal of Coventry, CT. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David Sundquist, of Binford, ND.
